People with ADHD in India — and their caregivers — often struggle to find psychiatrists or clinics that take ADHD seriously, offer proper assessments, and provide clear logistics. This directory exists to end the "call, get dismissed, try again" cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I submit a listing?

Go to the Submit page, fill in the structured form, and click submit. This generates a prefilled GitHub Issue. No account is needed beyond a free GitHub account.

How do I report incorrect or stale information?

Every listing has a "Report issue" button. Click it to open a prefilled GitHub Issue describing the problem. You can also file an issue directly on the GitHub repository.

Do you rank or rate providers?

No. This directory contains structured factual information only. There are no ratings, scores, or freeform reviews. This is intentional — it prevents defamation and keeps the directory safe and trustworthy.

Can a provider request removal?

Yes. If a clinician or institution requests removal or correction, we handle it within 7 days. Contact us via GitHub Issues or email.

Is this only for metros?

No. We welcome listings from any city in India. Teleconsult providers are especially valuable for people in smaller cities. Use the teleconsult filter to find them.

How is data stored?

All data lives in a public doctors.json file in the GitHub repository. Every edit is tracked in git history. There is no database, no backend, and no API keys.

Why not just a Google Sheet?

A spreadsheet is tied to one person's Google account — if they leave, the data is stuck. A GitHub repo can be forked, transferred, and archived by anyone. Every edit has full version history, and every fork is a backup. Contributors don't edit raw data anyway — they use the submission form — so the "spreadsheets are familiar" argument doesn't apply here. GitHub gives us community ownership, resilience, and a clean way to power the frontend with a simple JSON file.

Can I use this data?

Yes. The data is released under the CC0 (public domain) license. You are free to use, share, and build upon it.

How to Contribute

Submit a new listing

Use the submission form to add a provider you know. Takes under 2 minutes.

Report stale info

If a listing is outdated or incorrect, report it using the button on the listing page.
